Helena grew up in a family hotel in La Costa Brava overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. She studied Fashion Merchandising and Photography in New York and worked in editorial and fashion for Condé Nast, Jean Paul Gaultier, Chloé and Moschino for 10 years.
Back in Europe, she applied her innate passion for food, entertainment and design at her gourmet shop and restaurant La Cuina d’en Garriga in Barcelona’s Paseo de Gracia. Through this experience she learned about the importance of digital communication growing her social media account from 0 to +10k followers.
Today she helps other restaurants, hotels and food brands talk about the story behind their food, wine and hospitality through social media. From the strategy to the content creation, photography, styling and community management.
She is a mother of twins – Charlotte and Maximilien – and a wife of her frenchman Olivier. She is passionate about food, nature, health and authentic traveling. Helena cooks for her family daily and shares her recipes, discoveries and lifestyle in her food journal.
She is based in Megève (France) and works internationally.
